These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website reachcurator.com and your engagement with services provided by Reach Curator (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Reach Curator is operated from Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Reach Curator offers Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization services for laundromat owners and other local businesses. Current service offerings include:
The Snapshot — A one-time GBP audit and competitive analysis delivered as a written report. Price: $47. Delivery: within 3 business days of payment. The Snapshot is a diagnostic service only; it does not include any changes to your GBP listing.
The Setup — A one-time, comprehensive GBP optimization including a full profile build-out, business description rewrite, category optimization, photo library upload, review generation setup, and a written delivery report. Price: $350. Completion: within 10 business days of receiving required account access.
Monthly Active Management — Ongoing monthly GBP management including fresh photo uploads, regular posts, review response, Q&A monitoring, competitor tracking, and a monthly performance report. Billing is on a flat monthly rate, locked at signing for the life of the engagement. Service begins following completion of The Setup.
Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to any work beginning. We reserve the right to update service offerings, pricing, and availability for new clients at any time.
2. Territory Exclusivity
Monthly Active Management clients receive territory protection: we will not onboard a second laundromat client whose 15-minute drivetime service area substantially overlaps with yours. Territory protection begins upon execution of a service agreement and remains in effect for the duration of active Monthly Active Management service.
Territory protection does not apply to Snapshot or Setup clients who have not entered a Monthly Active Management agreement. We make no guarantee of exclusivity in any specific zip code, city boundary, or geographic area — protection is based on overlapping drivetime areas as we assess them at the time of enrollment.
3. Payment Terms
All one-time service fees (Snapshot and Setup) are due in full at the time of purchase. Work does not begin until payment is confirmed.
Monthly Active Management fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis beginning on the date service commences. The monthly rate is locked at the rate in effect when your agreement is signed and will not increase for the duration of your continuous enrollment.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information. By authorizing payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable Florida law. If a refund is warranted prior to commencement, it will be issued within 10 business days.
4. Client Responsibilities
To perform GBP optimization, we require access to your Google Business Profile account. You are responsible for granting access in a timely manner. Delays in providing access may delay service delivery timelines, and Reach Curator is not liable for delivery delays caused by client-side access issues.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized manager of the business and GBP listing for which services are being performed. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any business information you provide to us.
You agree not to make unauthorized changes to your GBP listing during an active optimization or management engagement without notifying us first, as such changes may conflict with or undo work in progress.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Reach Curator provides GBP optimization and management services based on current best practices for local search visibility. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placement in Google’s Local Pack, increases in calls or foot traffic, or any particular business outcome.
Google’s search algorithms, ranking signals, and platform policies are outside our control and subject to change at any time. Results will vary based on your market, competition, business category, and other factors. Our services are designed to give your listing the best possible foundation — we cannot guarantee what Google will do with it.
6. Cancellation
Monthly Active Management may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice sent to reachcurator@gmail.com. The final billing cycle in which cancellation is requested will not be prorated — service continues through the end of the paid period.
Upon cancellation, territory protection ends at the close of the final active service period. We will not retain access to your GBP account beyond the date service terminates.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, abuse, or misrepresentation, without refund of fees already paid.
7. Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced by Reach Curator specifically for your business — including written reports, business descriptions, and review response templates — become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying service outcomes for internal benchmarking and business development purposes.
All content on reachcurator.com, including copy, design, and methodology documentation, is the property of Reach Curator and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Reach Curator’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Reach Curator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost business, or Google platform actions (such as listing suspensions) that occur during or after a service engagement.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a Florida court for matters involving intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For active Monthly Active Management clients, material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
