Reach Curator (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates reachcurator.com and provides Google Business Profile optimization services to laundromat owners and other local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services.

Reach Curator is operated from Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us by email or submit a territory inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, business name, business address, and any other information you choose to share. We do not operate intake forms that collect payment information directly — all payments are processed through third-party processors.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit this website, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We do not currently use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or third-party analytics platforms that build cross-site user profiles.

Client Business Information

When you become a client, we require access to your Google Business Profile account to perform optimization work. We access only what is necessary to deliver the contracted service and do not retain login credentials. Any data we collect about your business (NAP information, category selections, review history, photo inventory, and so on) is used solely to fulfill your service agreement.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective and current clients; deliver, manage, and improve our services; confirm territory availability and maintain our territory protection records; send service-related communications (reports, updates, renewal notices); and comply with legal obligations under applicable Florida and federal law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not use client information for marketing to other businesses.

3. Third-Party Services

Delivering our services requires access to certain third-party platforms. Google Business Profile / Google Maps Platform is the primary platform we optimize on your behalf; use is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. All payment transactions are handled by third-party processors (such as Stripe) — we do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Client communication occurs via standard email; we do not operate a marketing automation platform.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. We recommend reviewing their policies directly.

4. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies necessary to operate the site (such as WordPress session cookies for the admin interface). We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or analytics platforms that set persistent tracking cookies on visitor browsers.

Most browsers allow you to control cookie behavior through your settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to read or navigate this website.

5. Data Retention

We retain client records — including service agreements, reports delivered, and correspondence — for a minimum of three years following the end of a service relationship, consistent with Florida business record retention practices. Inquiry records from prospective clients who do not become clients are retained for no longer than 12 months.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at reachcurator@gmail.com. We will honor deletion requests to the extent permitted by law and existing contractual obligations.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Florida Notice

Reach Curator operates under the laws of the State of Florida. Our business practices are intended to comply with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Chapter 501, Florida Statutes. Florida does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute equivalent to California’s CCPA, but we apply the following standards regardless: we will tell you what personal information we collect and why; we will not sell your personal information; and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us directly.

8. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect information submitted to us and information collected in the course of delivering services. This site is served over HTTPS. We do not store sensitive credentials and limit access to client account information to personnel directly involved in service delivery.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
